Sunday, September 19th, 9:30-10am, Ceremony designating F.T. Proctor Park as a Peace Park by the International Institute for Peace Through Tourism, and recognizing the ongoing Peace Garden project. The ceremony will take place at the triangle at the upper loop of the park.
