We are posting this special message on a Sunday because we know you don't want to miss our two Local Candidate Meet & Greets. This is your reminder to make sure the events are on your calendar, and to provide you with the Zoom links for the meetings. We have a terrific lineup of candidates for you.  Our goal is for every IMV activist and supporter to volunteer their time and energy on at least one local campaign in 2021.

Here is an excellent piece from the New York times reminding us that even in the reddest areas, local campaigns and electoral activism make a difference.  In terms of building power from the ground up and impacting people's lives, winning local seats--town and city, county, and state legislative, is the MOST important we do.
