Thursday, Dec. 5th, 9:00 am-3:00 pm, What Stands Between Us: Racism Workshop at Utica Public Library, 303 Genesee Street, Utica.  This free workshop addresses race in America and in the Mohawk Valley.  The purpose is to raise our awareness about the impact racism has in our lives – even when we may not be aware of it.  Many people have not been offered the opportunity to have an honest dialogue about race relations.  This is that opportunity.  Free lunch included.  RSVP (encouraged, not required): to facilitator Patrick Johnson 315-601-6002,  pjohnson7newlifeinstitute@yahoo.com
